I am an executive strategist and operational leader with nearly 30 years of experience guiding nonprofit organizations and public-sector agencies through complex fiscal, regulatory, and programmatic environments. My work has focused on helping mission-driven organizations strengthen operations, steward public funds responsibly, and expand high-quality services for the communities they serve.
Throughout my career, I partnered closely with commissioners, senior leadership teams, boards, and community-based organizations to improve performance through strategic planning, sound financial management, and practical operational improvements. I bring a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach that balances accountability and compliance with the real-world challenges nonprofits face in delivering services effectively.
My experience includes overseeing large-scale budgets and contracts, reviewing and monitoring hundreds of millions of dollars in financial activity, and ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
